No parties allowed on premises. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Strictly Enforced with Noiseware protection system. Outdoor security cameras in use.
No overnight parking on street allowed. Only 4 cars in driveway at a time. Do not block sidewalk while parked on driveway.
Copy of drivers license and signed rental agreement must be completed by guests. Gated pool at property, swim at your own risk.

Payment Policy

50% down to book reservation, the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If your reservation is cancelled after that time, there is no refund.
